Job Description

** RequireRoles and Responsibilities

    • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
    • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options, resolving internal priorities.
    • Identify business opportunities, respond to RFP, provide product/solution demos.
    • Submission of response, follow up and closure - including effort estimation, pricing, BD plan preparation.
    • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
    • Develop Marketing Plan and Budget (annual) and marketing strategies.
    • Build and maintain a team of Sales and pre-sales personnel. Establish KRA and manage their performance.
    • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and trends
    • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels
    • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
